Bree Gould

Bree Gould began her real estate career in Texas before moving with her family to Colorado and making Grand County home. Originally from Oregon, the mountain scenery and outdoor lifestyle of Colorado felt familiar, and Grand County quickly felt like home. Since arriving, she has continued working within the real estate industry and growing her knowledge of the local market. Bree’s interest in real estate goes far beyond the home itself. She understands what a significant decision buying or selling a home can be and considers it a privilege to be trusted with such an important part of someone’s life. For buyers, she loves looking beyond bedrooms and square footage to help find that unmistakable this is the one feeling. For sellers, she knows every move is different, and she wants to make the transition as smooth, intentional, and successful as possible. Above all, Bree wants her clients to feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process. Outside of real estate, Bree loves spending time with her children, getting outdoors, and any opportunity to be creative. She enjoys designing alongside her architect husband and watching a home come to life. She also has a passion for baking and loves that something so simple has a way of bringing people together.
